We are currently taking part in a national scheme called ‘Look for Local Food’ which promotes the sale of food grown, raised or made within 30 miles or within the county. This not only helps to cut down on food miles but also helps us all to become strong supporters of the local community. £1 spent on local food from a local outlet generates £2.50 in the local economy.
