Ø  Part Owned by the Parish Council but the Village Hall Committee are responsible for all management including maintenance, inspection and risk assessments to meet legal and insurance requirements. There needs to be an exchange of letters (to be kept on file) to ensure that responsibilities are clearly understood.   

 

Ø  Annual Inspection report to be actioned by VHC and copies sent to Parish Council to be kept on file.                                              

 

Land at Mackley’s Lane

 

Risk medium as a public footpath crosses the land.

 

Ø  Land is claimed and maintained by the Parish Council and is covered by Parish Council’s public liability insurance.

 

Ø  A program of monthly inspection and regular maintenance is in place.
